Cancellation and refund limitations
CraveU’s refund policy is restrictive. It says fees are nonrefundable once login details have been used on the portal, that non-use or a user-side inability to access the service is not a refund basis, and that partial-month credits are not provided. If a refund is approved, it goes back to the original payment method and may take up to ten days after communication with client relations.
