What Lusychat AI is

Lusychat AI describes itself as an adults-only companion platform delivered through text and voice chat. Users browse community characters, try conversations as a guest, create an account to save history and favorites, and design public or private fictional characters. Subscriptions and LusyCoins unlock higher limits, models and generation features.

The official terms identify Tensoris Technology Limited, a Malta company, as the operator. They state that characters are fictional and synthetic, and that the core product is text and voice interaction. The site has added image and video creation areas, but its legal wording distinguishes the companion service from tools that create on-demand real-person deepfakes or “nudify” photos.

This distinction is useful, but it does not remove the user’s responsibility. Character descriptions, names and scenarios should remain fictional and adult.

The current FAQ also describes account deletion through Settings and warns that deletion permanently removes chat history and created characters. Export any writing you want to keep before deleting an account.

Lusychat pricing and LusyCoins

The membership page shows three tier names—Premium, Deluxe and Ultra—with monthly, quarterly and annual selectors. It compares coin allowances, model access, context, video generation and response length. During our public logged-out check, the price fields rendered as $0.00 rather than dependable checkout totals. This appears to be a client-side or session-dependent display, not evidence that paid plans are free.

Coins are separate from subscription access and can be consumed by generation or premium features. The visible comparison listed different monthly LusyCoin allowances across tiers, but coin value depends on the current per-action cost. Run a week of free usage before estimating a monthly paid budget.

The terms state that subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through account settings. Except where law requires otherwise, sales are final and fees are nonrefundable. Bona-fide billing errors should be reported within 30 days.

Lusychat privacy and conversation data

Lusychat’s current privacy policy states that it collects account information such as email, username, hashed password, age confirmation, country and language. It also collects character configuration, avatar and voice choices, and AI chat-message history. Those categories are exactly why users should avoid putting real secrets into a fictional roleplay.

The policy names Lusychat as the controller and provides a Malta correspondence address and contact email. It describes GDPR-based rights and account deletion. Read the full sharing, retention and international-transfer sections before using the service for anything personally sensitive.

Deleting the account through Settings is permanent for visible history and created characters. It may not remove records that the operator must retain for billing, security or legal obligations.

Content policy and 18+ boundaries

Lusychat’s content policy allows adult fictional roleplay while prohibiting illegal and exploitative content. The terms require users to be at least 18 or the age of majority where they live. Users should not attempt to disguise a minor character as adult, use a real person’s identity or create coercive content involving real individuals.

• Keep all characters unambiguously fictional adults.
• Do not upload real-person reference images for sexualized output.
• Use private visibility for personal drafts and review every public character profile.
• Do not use voice features to imitate someone without authorization.
• Report prohibited public characters rather than engaging with or redistributing them.

How to judge Lusychat quality

1. Create a simple original adult character with a specific occupation, communication style, boundary and goal.
2. Use the same five prompts on the free model and a paid model trial if available.
3. Check whether the character remembers a harmless detail after a longer exchange.
4. Test refusal behavior with an obviously prohibited request; safer systems should not be easily pushed across stated rules.
5. Listen for voice stability and unnatural pronunciation before spending coins on long interactions.
6. Review the coin history and calculate cost per useful session.

Do not grade only on agreement. A companion that always flatters or escalates can feel engaging while producing a poorer, less stable experience.
