EasyComment AI review: useful giveaway tools, awkward data responsibility
EasyComment is no longer just a random comment picker. It is a broad kit for giveaways, public-data exports, anonymous viewers and social mockups. The value is real for occasional campaigns; so are the platform, privacy and evidence risks.
Buy the workflow, not the word “AI”
The strongest features are operational: assemble eligible comments, select a winner, or export public engagement to a spreadsheet. Caption generators and fake-post tools are secondary. EasyComment makes repetitive work faster, but you must define the rules, verify the winner and control the exported data.
Four products hiding under one name
Evaluate the exact utility you need. A public-profile viewer, giveaway picker and follower export do not share the same risk or credit cost.
Giveaway pickers
Randomly select from comments on supported Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or X posts, with filters such as duplicates, keywords or mentions. Randomness does not validate age, geography or purchase rules.
Comment and follower exports
Move public engagement into CSV or Excel for reporting, moderation or campaign analysis. Replies require extra processing and can consume credits faster than top-level comments.
Anonymous public viewers
Some Instagram story, highlight and profile tools work from a public username without Instagram authorization. “Public” is not permission for stalking, profiling or republishing.
Generators and mockups
Create captions, hashtags or realistic social-post screenshots. A fake post is a design asset—not evidence that a person said or published something.
EasyComment pricing, decoded
The official page mixes subscriptions with non-expiring packs. Displayed discounts appear promotional, so budget from the actual checkout price rather than the crossed-out reference amount.
300 monthly credits. Reasonable for a small recurring campaign calendar.
1,000 monthly credits. Best unit cost among the three displayed subscriptions.
2,000 monthly credits for higher-volume exports and operations.
| Option | Credits | Displayed price | Approximate capacity stated by EasyComment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free account | 5 / month | $0 | Small access test |
| Basic pack | 50 | $3 once | About 4,400 top-level IG comments |
| 200-credit pack | 200 | $9 once | About 10,000 IG followers or follows |
| 600-credit pack | 600 | $19 once | About 3,000 Facebook comments |
| Larger packs | 1,800–7,500 | $49–$149 once | Irregular higher-volume work |
EasyComment currently equates one credit to roughly 50 Instagram followers/following, 88 top-level Instagram comments or five Facebook comments. Replies and complex jobs may cost more.
A fair draw is a six-step process
The tool should sit in the middle of the process—not define the beginning or the end.
Publish rules
State dates, region, age, prize, required actions, duplicate policy and contact method before entries open.
Freeze criteria
Do not add filters after seeing who entered. Keep a copy of the original rules.
Capture the source
Save the post URL, visible count and collection time; comments can change or disappear.
Run and verify
Record filter settings and the selected result, then manually confirm every eligibility condition.
Keep an audit packet
- Original campaign rules and timestamps
- Source URL and export time
- Filters, exclusions and duplicate policy
- Primary and backup winner
- Manual eligibility check
Minimize entrant data
- Collect only what fulfillment requires
- Restrict access to exported files
- Avoid enriching profiles with unrelated data
- Set a deletion date after dispute and tax needs end
- Never publish private contact details
Where the real risk sits
EasyComment is a third-party layer over platforms that can change endpoints, rate limits and policies without coordinating with it.
Platform dependency
A feature that works today can fail after an Instagram, Meta, TikTok or X change. EasyComment explicitly says it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.
Personal-data handling
Usernames, comments and follow relationships can still be personal data even when publicly visible. Export only for a defined campaign purpose and set retention limits.
Deceptive mockups
Fake tweet, post and comment generators can create legitimate design comps—but also convincing misinformation.
Who should use EasyComment?
Fit depends more on governance than campaign size.
- Creators running occasional, documented public giveaways
- Small social teams needing one-off CSV or Excel exports
- Agencies that can define retention and access rules
- Users who prefer non-expiring packs to a recurring plan
- Teams requiring an official API contract or enterprise SLA
- Anyone trying to access private accounts
- People monitoring an individual for harassment or surveillance
- Organizations unable to document a legitimate data purpose
EasyComment can select randomly from the data you give it. It cannot make undisclosed rules fair or verify every winner on your behalf.
EasyComment AI FAQ
Current answers from the product list and pricing page.
Is EasyComment free?
Some tools are free to try. A signed-in free user currently receives five credits on the first day of each month (GMT).
Do one-time credits expire?
The pricing FAQ says credit packs do not expire and can be stacked. Subscription credits follow the billing cycle.
Does it need my Instagram password?
Public viewer pages say Instagram authorization is unnecessary. Do not provide your social password to a separate viewer site.
Is the giveaway picker provably fair?
It can randomize the included entries. A defensible process also needs published rules, documented settings and a manual eligibility check.
Why can exports cost more than expected?
Published rates are estimates for followers and top-level comments. Replies need more processing and consume extra credits.
Is EasyComment an official Meta tool?
No. EasyComment says it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.
